For cannabis extraction & processing laboratories

Your extraction lab is still an asset.

Cannabis markets are compressing. Many operators face a category decision: idle expensive infrastructure, or redirect it. We help you run botanical processing through the infrastructure you already own — with supply, conversion, SOPs, quality assurance, and sales connections in one accountable architecture.

Five-minute snapshot with path routing and order-of-magnitude ranges — not quotes.

Why act now

The labs that move first protect what they already built

01

Sunk capital

You invested in extraction systems, facility buildouts, trained staff, and compliance infrastructure. Shutting down writes that off. A structured pivot redirects capacity you already own.

02

Category pressure

Single-category dependence is the risk. When cannabis processing margins tighten, operators need a second revenue line — not a second startup.

03

Leaf alone is not enough

Unreliable supply, no conversion plan, no adapted SOPs, no QA framework, and no buyer at the end — that is the DIY failure mode. Black Rock addresses all five in one architecture.

04

Accountable path

Eight phases from discovery to scale. Feasibility and supply alignment before production bets. Built for license holders who cannot afford guesswork.

Facility Fit & ROI Snapshot

Know your path before you bet the facility

CFOs and technical leads need ranges and gates — not a calendar link alone. Our five-minute snapshot routes your facility to Path A (concentrate) or Path B (powder), surfaces four conversion gaps, and shows order-of-magnitude TCC bands with clear disclaimers.

01

Facility profile

State, facility type, idle capacity, and optional fixed-cost band for downtime sensitivity.

02

Path + gaps

Recommended concentrate, powder, or hybrid path plus kill step, dust/HVAC, LIMS, and COA self-check.

03

Your snapshot report

Fit score, complexity rating, TCC range, and gate map — save as PDF and book discovery with pre-read.

What you do with your assets

Redirect your existing lines to botanical processing

You keep the facility, equipment, and team. You change what runs through the same infrastructure.

01

Receive

Documented botanical raw material intake — farm-partner supply coordinated by Black Rock, aligned to your capacity.

02

Process

Adapted extraction or processing on your equipment with chemist-supported workflows built for botanical material.

03

Assure

QA checkpoints, testing coordination, and batch documentation your license holder can defend.

04

Ship

Finished or intermediate material moved to buyers Black Rock helps connect — from source to market.

You operate the lab. We help you run an accountable botanical category through the assets you already own.

How we fit in

Your lab operates. We supply the architecture around it.

Black Rock is not your contract manufacturer. We coordinate supply, conversion, SOPs, QA structure, and buyer connections while your team runs production.

Your lab Black Rock Together
Supply chain Facility, equipment, operators, and license holder. Farm-to-lab supply, logistics, and QA coordination. Aligned raw material schedule matched to your capacity.
Production Day-to-day production execution on your floor. Conversion roadmap, chemist support, and SOP development. Feasibility-gated transition plan before scale bets.
Market Final quality sign-off and batch release. Sales-channel introductions and buyer relationships. Offtake path developed before production commitments.

Principal proof

Bridge-builder economics — not broker talk

We document the chain from Southeast Asian farm partners to your dock and onward to qualified buyers. Volume and clearance figures are tier-labeled; they are not guarantees.

Who shows up

Expert coverage after your snapshot

You are not handed to a call center. Dedicated specialists coordinate discovery, conversion, supply, and sales integration — roles assigned when you book.

Discovery lead

30-minute call with your snapshot pre-read — feasibility and fit before scale conversations.

Conversion & PM

Gap matrix draft, equipment routing, and scenario A/B recommendation after questionnaire.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the facility snapshot a quote or approval?

No. The snapshot delivers order-of-magnitude ranges and a fit band for conversation prep. Discovery, the facility questionnaire, site walkdown, and qualified counsel validate every number and licensing question before commitments.

Can our existing extraction equipment work for kratom?

Every lab is different. The snapshot routes flour, extraction, or hybrid profiles to Path A or B. Discovery and feasibility phases evaluate your specific infrastructure, licensing environment, and team capabilities.

What does my team do versus Black Rock?

Your lab owns the facility, operators, production execution, and final quality sign-off. Black Rock coordinates farm-to-lab supply, conversion planning, chemist-supported SOP development, QA structure, and introductions to downstream buyers.

Are you a leaf broker?

No. We are a pivot architecture partner: supply, conversion roadmap, SOPs, QA structure, and sales connections. Commodity supply alone is not a pivot strategy.

What about state regulations?

Rules vary by U.S. state and locality. California labs are outside conversion outreach scope. All laboratories must verify licensing with qualified counsel. We support documentation practices; we do not provide legal advice.

How do we start?

Run the free facility fit snapshot, review your PDF report, then book a discovery call. We assess fit before any production commitment.
